Hot Peach Salsa (served with Quesadillas):
In a large bowl, combine 4 peeled and chopped peaches, 1/2 cup chopped red onion, 1 seeded and chopped jalapeno, 1/4 cup cilantro, 1/2 cup lime juice and 1/4 cup olive oil. cover and refrigerate.
Homemade Carmel Sauce for Popcorn:
simply melt these ingredients together in a sauce pan:
2 cups light brown sugar
1/2 cup cayro syrup
1/2 cup butter
1/4 tsp cream of tartar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
